This planned development will include a LA Fitness health club, medical & professional offices, as well as supportive retail and a restaurant. The development broke ground in Winter 2010, with completion of the LA Fitness in late 2010. The 40,000 square foot office building with ground level retail and restaurant space is slated for completion in 2012. A 3,000 square foot out-parcel will also be developed.
