A family company for over 60 years
Revere Suburban Realty starts with the work of Joseph A. Casacio Sr., an Italian-American immigrant skilled in the art of masonry and construction. He began as a general contractor, building homes, apartment buildings, Churches, Synagogues, and other significant projects. He then purchased property in Northeast Philadelphia as they city grew out to the suburban communities, creating apartment communities and office buildings. When he died, his family continued the tradition, managing his legacy and expanding it to include new commercial and office properties in Montgomery County. Today, the third generation of the family continues that effort, developing new projects to transform communities, and managing the family’s properties throughout the region.
